Commercial Leasing Specialist – Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Commercial Leasing Specialist to manage and develop leasing opportunities, attract potential tenants, and maximize occupancy and revenue across our commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and approach potential tenants and new business opportunities.* Manage the leasing process from initial contact through contract signing.* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants.* Conduct property tours and present available commercial spaces to potential clients.* Negotiate rental rates, lease terms, and commercial agreements.* Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.* Maintain an updated database of available units, prospects, and leasing activities.* Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion of prospects.* Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Property Management teams to complete leasing procedures.* Prepare regular leasing reports and updates for management.* Support achieving monthly and annual leasing targets.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.* 2–4 years of experience in Commercial Leasing, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.* Strong network within the F&B industry.* Familiarity with real estate prospecting and lead generation processes.* Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.* Good knowledge of the commercial real estate market.* Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.* Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.* Good command of English.
