A well-known Company in lighting, located in Heliopolis since 1994, is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor Working hours: 8:30 to 5:30Full Time Location: Heliopolis Days off: 2 Days off Fri & Sat
Key Responsibilities She will manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates. She will coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. She will support employee integration and training initiatives.
Qualifications She should have a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. She should have 3–4 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role. She should have Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. She should have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. She should have Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. She should have the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
