Role Description The English Instructor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The instructor will plan, deliver, and assess English lessons for learners at varying proficiency levels, using appropriate teaching methods and materials. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom instruction, facilitating language practice activities, and providing constructive feedback on students’ performance and assignments. The role also involves monitoring learner progress, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with colleagues to align course content with educational standards and organizational goals. The English Instructor is expected to contribute to curriculum development, support learner engagement, and promote a positive, inclusive learning environment. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching methodologies. Background or training in Education, with the ability to design and adapt instructional materials. Excellent command of spoken and written English, with clear communication and presentation skills. Relevant teaching certification and/or degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. Experience working with diverse learner groups and maintaining an inclusive classroom environment. Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple classes or groups. Proficiency with basic digital tools and classroom technology to support instruction and assessment.
