Role Description This full-time Sales Agent role is a hybrid position based in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Sales Agent will identify and approach prospective customers, present Met Life Egypt’s insurance and financial solutions, and support customers in selecting products that align with their needs and goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting meetings and calls, following up on leads, managing a personal sales pipeline, and ensuring accurate documentation of policies and client information. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, providing ongoing service and support, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet individual and team sales targets. The Sales Agent will also participate in training sessions to stay current on products, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, explain complex information clearly, and provide responsive support. Proven Sales abilities, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. Knowledge of Insurance products and concepts, or willingness to learn quickly through structured Training. Basic proficiency in office software and CRM tools, with strong organizational and time-management capabilities. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating self-motivation, accountability, and collaboration with colleagues. Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or customer-facing roles is an advantage. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
