Role Description The English Partner Support Representative (B2–C1) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. In this role, the representative will be the primary point of contact for Tabby’s partners, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on Tabby’s products and services via email, phone, and chat. Daily tasks include troubleshooting basic technical and account-related problems, documenting interactions, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams. The representative will collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure a smooth partner experience, maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform features and policies, and contribute feedback to improve processes, tools, and partner satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring partner performance indicators, identifying recurring issues, and suggesting practical solutions that enhance overall service quality.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction, with a service-oriented mindset. Ability to provide clear and structured Technical Support, including basic troubleshooting and issue escalation. Solid Analytical Skills to interpret partner feedback, identify patterns, and propose improvements. Excellent Communication skills in English (B2–C1 level), both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information simply. Previous experience in support, fintech, e-commerce, or a related field is an advantage. Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency with common support tools and CRM systems; ability to learn new platforms quickly. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant discipline is preferred.
