Job Purpose

JOB DESCRIPTION

To provide project management with accurate and timely project cost reports.

Roles & Responsibilities

Report variance between planned and actual projects equipment requirements to control the variance. Generate variance reports regarding required and available equipment to determine the equipment required to be purchased or rented. Perform technical comparison sheets between different equipment models to identify the difference in specs. Perform equipment cost and performance Reports to support in optimizing equipment cost and performance. Analyze data using appropriate analysis tools to develop and implement improvement plans. Participate in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) reports to support in decision making. Perform equipment utilization reports to ensure that the equipment is utilized efficiently. Record equipment rental and transportation suppliers’ data regarding quality, cost, and performance forfuture reference when required. Ensure all work is conducted according to the Equipment Department’s policies and procedures to streamline processes and workflows. Perform other duties as assigned or required to support the function/department.

Ensure working according to the company HSE policies and regulations, risk assessment and environmental aspect.

Minimun Qualification & Requirements

Education/ Qualifications BSC Mechanical Power Engineering

Professional Certification

Work Experience 0 - 1 years’ experience

Language Very good command of English language

Computer Skills

Strong computer skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Tools (Excel, Word).

Working knowledge of Auto CAD.
