Role Description The English Instructor role at Native Z is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. Instructors deliver interactive lessons across various programs, including General English, Business English, Career Development, and specialized courses, following structured curricula and international language standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lessons, teaching group and one-to-one classes, assessing learner progress, providing feedback, and maintaining accurate records of performance and attendance. Instructors also support learners with pronunciation, communication skills, and practical language use, and adapt teaching methods to different age groups and proficiency levels. Collaboration with the academic team to refine materials, participate in training, and contribute to a positive, professional learning environment is expected.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching for diverse learner profiles. Candidates should possess solid knowledge in Education, including lesson planning, learner assessment, and classroom management. Candidates should possess clear and accurate Writing skills for preparing materials, feedback, and reports. Fluency in English (spoken and written), with excellent pronunciation and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field; teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) are an advantage. Experience teaching English to adults, young learners, or corporate clients is preferred. Ability to engage learners, use interactive teaching methods, and adapt to different proficiency levels.
