Role Description The Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hadaek al Ahram, responsible for bridging technical fit-out and design solutions with client needs. Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective and existing clients, understanding project requirements, preparing proposals and quotations, and presenting technical solutions that align with design and finishing standards. The role involves coordinating with design and project teams to ensure accurate specifications, providing pre- and post-sales technical support, and following up on leads to achieve sales targets. The Sales Engineer will also maintain detailed records of client interactions, support site visits and inspections, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales materials and processes. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to explain solutions, prepare proposals, and support projects from pre-sales through execution. Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, manage expectations, and respond effectively to client inquiries. Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a B2B or construction/design-related environment. Experience in interior fit-out, architectural design, construction, or related technical fields is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Cairo, conduct site visits, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in specifications and documentation. Relevant technical or engineering degree, or equivalent experience in a related field.
