Role Description The Ocean Export Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for managing end-to-end ocean export operations. This includes preparing and reviewing export documentation, coordinating bookings with carriers, and ensuring timely shipment execution in line with customer and regulatory requirements. The role involves close communication with clients, overseas agents, and internal teams to provide accurate shipment updates and resolve operational issues. The Ocean Export Executive will monitor schedules, freight rates, and service performance, while supporting compliance with international trade regulations and company policies. The position also includes contributing to customer service and sales support activities by identifying opportunities to enhance service quality and efficiency. Qualifications Strong proficiency in export operations, at least 3 years of experience. Hands-on experience with Export Documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international regulations. Ability to support Sales activities related to ocean export services and maintain positive client relationships. Relevant experience in freight forwarding, in ocean export. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines. Effective communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal. Comfort with using logistics software, MS Office applications, and online shipment tracking tools.
