Job Responsibilities:· Ensures daily operations are completed according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). · Supervises the execution of daily operations in accordance with standardized work procedures (SOPs). · Monitors receiving, issuing, and storage operations and ensures accuracy. · Addresses any deviations or operational problems and finds solutions to prevent recurrence. · Performs daily/random inventory and informs the manager of any variances found. · Ensures new products are stored correctly and space is utilized optimally. · Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports. · Monitors attendance and absenteeism and submits reports to management. · Holds a daily meeting with the team to discuss challenges and solutions. · Ensures accuracy of driver documents and alignment of shipments. · Adheres to and applies quality, safety, occupational health, and 5S standards. · Monitors the team’s compliance with rules and operating procedures.
