المرشح المثالي
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في إدارة الفرع/المتجر.
- الخبرة السابقة في إدارة فروع التجزئة في قطاع الأزياء ضرورية.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة الفرق وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
- مهارات رئاسة الفريق، الاتصال، وحل المشكلات قوية.
- القدرة على تحليل الأداء وتنفيذ خطط التحسين.
