We are seeking an experienced Assistant HR Manager to support the HR Manager in executing HR strategies and managing daily HR operations. The role oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, learning and development, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation of HR strategies, policies, procedures, and annual operational plans. Manage workforce planning and monitor recruitment activities to ensure vacancies are filled within agreed timelines. Track recruitment KPIs, including time to fill, cost per hire, and quality of hire. Participate in interviews for key positions and ensure effective onboarding. Handle employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary investigations, and workplace issues professionally. Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and support performance improvement plans. Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external development programs. Maintain accurate employee records and monitor attendance, leave management, and HR documentation. Prepare and review HR reports, dashboards, and performance data. Support HR systems implementation, automation, organizational restructuring, and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws, internal policies, inspections, and audits. Maintain the confidentiality of employee and company information. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.+4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the fast-food, restaurant, hospitality, or food-service industry. Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices. Previous experience supervising an HR team or managing multiple HR functions. Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location operational environment.
