Role Description The Mathematics Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging mathematics lessons to students in accordance with the school’s curriculum. This full-time, on-site role in Cairo includes preparing lesson plans, teaching a range of mathematical topics, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will create a classroom environment that supports diverse learning styles, encourages participation, and promotes mathematical thinking. Daily tasks also include collaborating with colleagues on curriculum development, maintaining accurate records of student progress, and communicating with families as needed to support student learning.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Mathematics and Mathematics Education, with the ability to teach a range of levels effectively. Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to design structured, student-focused learning experiences. Status as a Qualified Teacher with relevant teaching certifications or credentials. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field. Effective classroom management skills and the ability to support diverse learners. Clear and professional communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage. Prior teaching experience in a school setting, preferably in a private or international school environment.
