Role Description The Sales Assistant role at Sust X Consulting is a part-time, remote position supporting business development and client engagement activities. On a day-to-day basis, the Sales Assistant helps contact civil engineering consultants and contractors to introduce our services, coordinates follow-ups with prospects, and supports the preparation of proposals and presentations.
Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build rapport and support a positive client experience. Clear communication and sales skills to handle inquiries, present information, and assist in closing opportunities. Organization skills to manage schedules, track leads, and maintain accurate documentation and records. Comfort working in a remote environment with reliable internet access and the ability to manage time effectively. Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, email and video conferencing platforms). Interest in sustainability, engineering, or construction consulting; prior experience in a similar industry is an advantage. Relevant education or training in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
