Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician at CVSAIR HVAC SYSTEMS. The technician will perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance, inspecting systems and components, identifying and resolving performance issues, and documenting all service activities accurately. The role also involves communicating clearly with customers, providing service recommendations, and supporting customer satisfaction by delivering professional, timely, and high-quality work. The technician will collaborate with technical support and operations teams, comply with safety and environmental regulations, and stay current with industry standards, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing HVAC system issues and resolving performance problems efficiently. Hands-on experience with maintenance & repair and preventive maintenance of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment. EPA certification (or equivalent refrigerant handling certification) and solid understanding of safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Commitment to customer satisfaction, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and provide professional service remotely and on-site. Relevant technical training or diploma in HVAC, mechanical, or a related field; additional manufacturer or industry certifications are an advantage. Proficiency with basic digital tools (service apps, remote diagnostics, documentation systems) and the ability to follow technical manuals and schematics. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple service requests while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
