Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Dynamics CRM Technical Engineer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CE to develop, enhance, and support CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, Azure Service Bus, and Dataverse SDK, with a focus on CI/CD pipelines, API optimization, system performance enhancement, and advanced Copilot extensions to enable scalable and AI-driven CRM capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:Develop, customize, and maintain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE). Design and implement customizations using C#, . NET, plugins, custom workflows, and Dataverse SDK. Develop and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using Azure Service Bus, APIs, and middleware solutions. Optimize and maintain CRM APIs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance improvements. Build, manage, and enhance CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment, testing, and release management. Monitor and improve system performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and ensure high availability of Dynamics CRM environments. Develop and extend Copilot capabilities to support intelligent automation and AI-driven business processes. Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and development teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business requirements. Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and technical documentation. Ensure adherence to development standards, security protocols, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:4–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CE. Strong expertise in:C# / . NET Development Dataverse SDKAzure Service Bus Dynamics 365 Customization & Development Experience in:CI/CD Pipeline implementation and maintenance API optimization and performance tuning System performance monitoring and troubleshooting CRM integrations and middleware architecture Knowledge of advanced Copilot extensions and AI-driven automation within the Dynamics ecosystem. Familiarity with Azure services, REST APIs, and cloud-based integrations. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications are preferred. Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Git repositories, and release management tools. Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
