  • Supervise all accounts receivable activities including cash and bank collections.
  • Ensure accurate recording of customer payments on the ERP system (Odoo).
  • Review daily collections and reconcile them with treasury and bank statements.
  • Monitor customer balances and ensure timely settlement of outstanding amounts.
  • Oversee issuance and tracking of cheques and collection documents in line with contracts.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly receivables reports.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts and payment records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing or collection issues.
  • Support month-end closing processes related to receivables.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
