Main Purpose To manage the company's e-commerce platform and CRM initiatives, focusing on optimizing the user experience, driving sales, and fostering customer loyalty.
This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist based in Egypt. The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales channels, maintaining website performance, analyzing digital sales data, and optimizing e-commerce strategies. Key responsibilities include providing excellent online customer service, ensuring efficient execution of orders, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet sales goals, and identifying new areas for growth in the digital market. TASKS● Manages landing pages, product bundles, and promotional offers.● Runs the "Exception Stars" loyalty program and manages customer segmentation and lifecycle flows.● Oversees customer communication journeys, including SMS and push notifications.● Conducts UX/A/B tests and manages app/web merchandising.● Ensures deliverability and manages promotional operations.
