Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Specialist will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring a positive service experience. Responsibilities include resolving customer concerns, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and enhancing overall customer experience. The role involves communicating effectively, adhering to phone etiquette, and providing knowledgeable assistance to clients.
Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service Proven ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and deliver exceptional Customer Experience Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and professional communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and manage time efficiently Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Fluency in English and spoken Arabic is required Experience in working with customer-facing roles or in the open social media industry is a plus
