  • Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, site inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.
  • Deliver training sessions and toolbox talks to employees on HSE procedures and best practices
  • Monitor and analyze safety performance data and prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies.
  • Maintain records of safety incidents, training, audits, and inspections.
  • Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices on-site.
  • Stay current on relevant health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations.
