Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer Location: Maadi
Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Engineer to support business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our industrial solutions across key sectors.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities across target sectors Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong, long-term relationships Promote and sell company products, including TEAM Inc services, valves, mechanical plugs, and related solutions Explore and develop new applications and market segments Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and ongoing business opportunities Register the company on vendor lists and maintain up-to-date customer documentation Track and manage all sales activities and opportunities through CRM systems Support in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals
Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial, oil & gas, or technical sales Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred Proven track record in business development and client acquisition Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Hands-on experience in field sales and customer visits Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently Good command of English (spoken and written)
