Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bilingual Travel Advisor (French & English) located in Qesm El Maadi, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive travel-related services, including managing travel arrangements, delivering excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating with clients in both French and English. The role also includes collaborating with travel agencies to meet clients' needs and expectations.
Qualifications C1 French & B2 English Flexibility with the rotational shifts 24/7 Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to address and resolve client needs effectively Outstanding Communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to interact with diverse clients Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and experience in working with Travel Agencies Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus Relevant certifications in travel or customer service are advantageous Bachelor degree or related certificate
