Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Agent based in Alexandria, Egypt, with the flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The Insurance Sales Agent will be responsible for acquiring and managing clients, selling life insurance and takaful products, providing customer service, and maintaining records of insurance policies. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, explaining product benefits to prospects, assisting clients in selecting suitable policies, and addressing customer questions or concerns about insurance plans.
Qualifications
Comprehensive knowledge of Insurance products and concepts Strong skills in Customer Service and client relationship management Excellent Sales skills with the ability to achieve targets Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts Experience in life insurance is a plus
