Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Account Manager located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The Senior Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving account growth. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients, generating leads, developing strategic sales plans, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve sales and revenue goals.
Qualifications Proven experience in Sales Account Management and Customer Satisfaction Strong skills in Customer Service and Lead Generation Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis Leadership skills with the capacity to mentor and manage account teams Knowledge of the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
