We are seeking an experienced Projects Manager to lead and manage all construction projects within the Damietta Region. The role involves full responsibility for site execution teams, controlling schedules and budgets, monitoring construction phases, quality, and safety, and ensuring that all works are executed in accordance with approved engineering specifications and daily site follow-ups. The Regional Construction Manager will be responsible for managing the Execution Manager, Site Engineers, and Site Supervisors, as well as coordinating with head office departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and follow up on project execution plans with site teams. Directly supervise the Execution Manager, Site Engineers, and Site Supervisors, and assign daily tasks. Monitor civil, architectural, and MEP works and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications. Prepare, review, and control detailed project schedules (Monthly / Weekly) and ensure adherence. Follow up on materials, equipment, and supplies in coordination with Contracts and Procurement departments. Monitor site quality and ensure proper implementation of QC/QA procedures and resolution of technical remarks. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards to minimize accidents and violations. Review and approve weekly contractor and labor progress payments. Manage and resolve daily site issues and escalate challenges to the Projects Director when required. Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 7-12 Years of Experience Proven experience in managing multiple construction projects. Strong background in civil, architectural, and MEP works. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong planning, scheduling, and budget control experience. Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
