????????????????????????????????????????????????:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field* 10–15 years of experience in fundraising, business development, or partnerships* Experience in NGOs or healthcare sector is a plus* Proven track record in securing major partnerships and donations
