Role Description This is a hybrid temporary role for an Operations Coordinator at the Alexandria branch of MIG Innovation Group. The Operations Coordinator will handle daily operational tasks, including overseeing administrative processes, managing customer service interactions, and ensuring smooth business operations. Additional responsibilities include coordinating scheduling, tracking performance metrics, and assisting in the implementation of company policies and procedures. The role is primarily based in Alexandria, Egypt, with some flexibility to work from home as needed.
Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve operational processes Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, interact with customers, and convey information clearly Experience in operations management, with a proven ability to oversee and enhance business functions Proficiency in customer service and administrative assistance, ensuring high levels of organization and customer satisfaction Ability to work in a dynamic, hybrid environment with a focus on flexibility and teamwork Proactive problem-solving abilities and organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently Familiarity with educational institutions or cultural exchange programs is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
