  • Audit and verify all daily revenue transactions from restaurants, bars, operations.
  • Reconcile POS reports with cash, credit card, and online payment records.
  • Review and validate guest checks, discounts, voids, and complimentary items.
  • Ensure all revenue streams are accurately recorded and posted in the system.
  • Prepare daily income audit reports and highlight discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with front office, F&B, and finance teams to resolve variances.
  • Monitor internal control procedures to prevent fraud and revenue leakage.
  • Audit night closing procedures and ensure proper system shutdowns.
  • Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting processes.
  • Monitoring and supervising the cashier team in implementing the financial policies related to various revenues and coordinating with the different financial departments to ensure bank deposits.
  • Performing daily revenue analysis for all types of restaurants, including revenue from tourism, events, and individual bookings (Daily sales) .
  • Coordination with the cost management department regarding sales analysis.
