Sawa Education Services is looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Representative to join our team.
You will be responsible for contacting potential clients (students & parents), introducing our educational services, and converting leads into successful enrollments.
???? Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential clients via phone calls (outbound & inbound)
Present and explain educational services in a clear and persuasive way
Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Handle objections and close deals professionally
Update CRM system with accurate client data
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
???? Requirements:
Previous experience in Tele Sales or Call Center is a plus
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Good to very good English
Presentable and professional attitude
Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, etc.)
