Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Learning and Development Specialist (Pharmacist) located in Heliopolis. The role involves designing and delivering training programs for staff to ensure ongoing professional development and high-quality service standards at Groovy. Responsibilities include assessing training needs, creating instructional materials, overseeing learning management systems, providing hands-on coaching to employees, and working collaboratively with medical and non-medical teams to foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement. The specialist will play a key role in aligning training initiatives with the clinic's goals and ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Training & Development and Learning Management Experience designing and implementing effective Instructional Design solutions Strong Communication and Coaching abilities to guide and mentor staff Analytical skills to assess training needs and measure outcomes Background as a licensed Pharmacist; relevant certifications in training or instructional design are a plus Ability to work collaboratively across departments to enhance organizational learning Proficiency in leveraging technology and tools to facilitate training programs Passion for promoting a positive and professional environment focused on health and wellness
