We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager position, leading teams of Consultants fully responsible for closing deals and driving revenue.
???? What You’ll DoLead, coach, and manage team with a clear focus on closing deals and revenue generation. Develop and execute high-impact telesales strategies to maximize conversion rates, average deal value, and overall sales growth. Provide continuous coaching, call monitoring, and performance feedback to strengthen closing skills and objection handling. Analyze sales data and CRM reports to identify performance gaps, optimize scripts, and improve closing effectiveness. Partner with operations and marketing teams to improve lead quality, sales readiness, and conversion outcomes. Build and sustain a high-performance, target-driven call center sales culture focused on results, accountability, and continuous improvement.
???? What We’re Looking Forsales experience, with 2 - 5 years in Sales Manager / Team Leader role. Proven experience managing agents responsible for closing deals. Good communication skills in Arabic and English. Comfortable using CRM systems to track team productivity is a plus
