Role Description We are seeking a part-time Structural BIM Engineer for an on-site position located in Alexandria, Egypt. The role involves creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for structural engineering projects. Key tasks include preparing detailed construction drawings, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams such as MEP and architectural teams, and ensuring designs align with technical and regulatory standards. The engineer will play a critical role in integrating design processes and ensuring project efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and construction drawing preparation Familiarity with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, and integration in engineering projects Educational background or experience in Civil Engineering and Architecture Strong understanding of structural design principles and construction processes Proficient in relevant design and modeling software (e.g., Revit, Auto CAD) Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment Prior experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering or a related field
