We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior BIM Modeler with practical knowledge of Revit to join our growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the AEC industry while developing their skills in a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and developing BIM models using Autodesk Revit for architectural, structural, and MEP projects.

Work closely with engineers, architects, and senior BIM specialists to produce accurate and coordinated drawings.

Support the design team by preparing construction documentation, shop drawings, and project schedules.

Follow company BIM standards, guidelines, and established workflows.

Participate in model coordination and clash detection meetings.

Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and industry practices.
Develop precise and detailed 3D models.
Prepare and organize drawing sheets using company templates.

Apply annotations accurately and consistently across drawings.

Produce clear, well-presented, and professional construction drawings.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Auto CAD and Revit; knowledge of
Rhino and Grasshopper is a plus.

Solid understanding of BIM standards and workflows.

Strong attention to detail in documentation and annotations.

Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
