Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Restaurant Waiters, Bar Waiters, Room Service Waiters, and Room Service Order Takers at Jaz Pyramid Hotel, located in Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities will include serving food and beverages, taking customer orders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and providing excellent table and room service. Other duties include maintaining cleanliness and organization, assisting in promoting menu items, and delivering an exceptional dining experience to guests.
Qualifications Strong interpersonal and Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction Experience with Food & Beverage service and knowledge of food preparation Skills in Food Service and Cooking to assist in delivering high-quality dining experiences Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to take accurate orders and address guest needs Attention to detail, a team-oriented attitude, and an ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in hospitality or similar roles is preferred but not required Working knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is beneficial
