Company Description Misr Life Insurance is the largest life insurance company in Egypt, Africa, and the Arab world, established in July 2010. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bancassurance Senior Sales professional based in Cairo, Egypt. The role will involve managing and developing relationships with bank partners to promote life insurance products, meet sales targets, and enhance the overall customer experience. The Senior Sales professional will also be responsible for understanding market needs, training partner staff on insurance products, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications Experience in sales (from 1 year ), business development, and maintaining strong client relationships Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, particularly life insurance, and the ability to explain complex products effectively Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies Proficiency in the use of CRM systems and basic office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Previous experience in bancassurance or financial services is a strong advantage
