Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of facilities, ensuring that they are well-maintained and fully functional. Key tasks include managing maintenance schedules, coordinating hard and soft services, overseeing vendor relationships, budget management, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality facilities management services efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Facilities Management, including hard and soft services Strong skills in Vendor Management, Budget Planning, and Regulatory Compliance Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities Problem-solving and decision-making skills in operational environments Familiarity with safety standards and risk assessment in facilities management Proficiency in project management tools and facilities management software Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in the Middle East or Africa's commercial and industrial sectors is advantageous
