Hiring: Senior Nursery Leader (Confidential) — Transition into EdTech (Cairo / GCC) We’re building Pebblhub — a nursery management system for nurseries in Egypt + GCC. We’re looking for a seasoned nursery manager / nursery consultant (10+ years) who wants to make a career move into a client-facing leadership role inside a tech company. Important: This is NOT a nursery job. This is a role where you’ll use your nursery expertise + relationships to help us grow and shape the product. What you’ll do Drive partnerships and sales through your existing nursery network (owners, operators, decision-makers) Lead demos, onboarding, and rollout with nurseries Be the main point of contact for nursery owners (account management + success) Gather real operational feedback + pain points and translate them into clear requirements for our development team Help us build a repeatable sales/onboarding playbook for Egypt + GCCWho we’re looking for10+ years as a nursery manager / operations lead / consultant Proven record of growing nursery headcount (sales mindset is a must) Strong network and credibility with nursery owners and operators Clear communicator who can structure feedback and prioritize issues logically Comfortable with targets and accountability Based in Egypt (travel/coverage for GCC is a plus)
