Role Description The Mechanical Tendering Team Leader will oversee the preparation and submission of mechanical tenders for key projects while leading a team responsible for tendering activities. Key responsibilities include evaluating project requirements, preparing competitive pricing, coordinating with clients and consultants, conducting risk analysis, and ensuring technical documents meet the project's needs. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to compile accurate tender documents. This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo, Egypt.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. Minimum 8–12 years of experience in mechanical tendering (construction/projects). Previous leadership or team supervision experience is a must. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical systems. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Excel and tendering tools/software.
