Job Details

Job duties:

-Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and handling inquiries in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations for various medical spa services.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client information, appointments, and billing details.
- Support daily office operations by handling correspondence, filing, and document management.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and tracking office and spa supplies.
- Liaise with internal departments such as dermatology, dental spa, nutrition, and gym to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports as required.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Ensure the reception and waiting areas are tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials.
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff to facilitate efficient branch operations.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year and up to 5 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Willingness to work on-site at the Mohandsin Branch.
