NDS is looking for an experienced Network & Security Technical Sales Manager with 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the Network and Security field. This is a full-time position (part-time applications will not be considered).
Your Role within the NDS Team:As a Network & Security Technical Sales Manager, you will:Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts in the cybersecurity sector. Lead, mentor, and motivate the Sales team to achieve operational excellence. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate projects for the technical team. Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals. Present and position network security solutions (Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, Aruba, etc.) to customers Collaborate with the technical team to design tailored solutions that meet client requirements. Set objectives, conduct performance reviews, and identify training needs. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members. Foster a positive work environment and promote the company’s core values.
Requirements:5 to 10 years of experience in Network and Security sales or pre-sales. Full awareness of vendors such as Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba, F5 and Huawei. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. A proven record of achieving sales targets in the cybersecurity domain. Proven track record in leading and managing Sales teams.
Technical Skills Full awareness of routing, switching, and firewall technologies. Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet (Forti Gate, Forti Manager, etc.), Palo Alto, and F5 (LTM, ASM, etc.) solutions. Gigamon experience is a plus.
Soft Skills Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Excellent analytical, organizational, and stress management skills. High proficiency in English communication.
