Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Customer Support role located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The French-Speaking Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a professional and efficient manner. The role involves utilizing excellent communication skills in French to assist customers, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions. The representative will also maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback while adhering to company standards and guidelines.
Qualifications
Proficiency in French (written and spoken) and strong communication skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities to handle customer inquiries professionally. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate customer records and follow up effectively. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and demonstrate adaptability to work under pressure. Proficient in basic computer skills and usage of customer service tools or software. Previous experience in customer support or call center roles is a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
