We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with proven expertise in B2B furniture sales to drive business growth across multiple sectors, including corporate offices, hospitality, education, and healthcare.
The ideal candidate has a strong track record of closing mega projects, building long-term client relationships, and delivering customized furniture solutions that meet diverse business needs.
Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand market share across office, hotel, educational, and hospital sectors. • Identify, pursue, and successfully close large-scale and mega projects with key decision makers. • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction. • Collaborate closely with design, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution. • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, bids, and sales presentations tailored to client requirements.
Requirements • 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in the furniture industry or a closely related field. • Demonstrated success in managing and closing high-value / mega projects. • Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and consistently achieve ambitious targets. • Must own a car and be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
