Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt, for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. Key responsibilities include sourcing and attracting candidates for positions across the fashion retail sector, from store sales associates to corporate roles, coordinating and conducting interviews, developing employer branding initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to identify hiring strategies. The role also involves enhancing recruitment metrics and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Qualifications Skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, with a proven ability to handle recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding Expertise in interviewing and recruiting to ensure the best talent selection Experience in strategies for Employer Branding to attract and retain top talent Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse internal teams Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and relevant software Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Understanding of local labor laws and hiring regulations in Egypt
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the retail or fashion industries. Proven track record of recruiting for a variety of positions, including both retail store roles and corporate positions.
