Art Teacher (Part‑Time) — Silicon Valley International School Location: New Administrative Capital, Egypt
Join our team We are hiring a part-time Art Teacher to transform our campus into a vibrant, inspiring space and to lead engaging art learning experiences for students. Your primary mission will be to plan and execute school-wide decoration and visual identity projects, alongside core teaching and co-curricular responsibilities.

What you will do Campus decoration and visual identity: design and implement murals, seasonal themes, corridor and classroom displays, bulletin boards, and event backdrops across the school. Project planning and production: create concepts, sketches, and mood boards; plan timelines and materials. Art instruction: deliver age-appropriate art lessons (primary and/or middle years), covering drawing, painting, crafts, and mixed media. Workshops and clubs: run after-school art clubs and short workshops supporting school events and community days. Event support: produce visuals for exhibitions, open days, assemblies, and performances; curate student art displays. Collaboration and safety: coordinate with Facilities and Academic teams; follow safeguarding, health, and safety procedures in all art activities. Inventory and budget: manage art supplies, tools, and vendor orders; maintain neat, safe workspaces.
What you bring Strong portfolio in school decoration, murals, and display design (please include photos or links). Two or more years of art teaching or workshop facilitation with children; school experience is a plus. Excellent craft skills: drawing, painting, cutting, installation, and mixed media; basic digital design is a plus. Project management skills: able to scope, schedule, and deliver multiple decoration projects on time. Positive classroom presence; clear communicator in English and Arabic. Organized, safety-conscious, and hands-on; comfortable working on ladders and with large-format materials when required. The ability to start immediately is a must. Part-time availability: approximately 3–4 days per week (or equivalent hours), with additional hours during peak decoration periods.
What we offer Salary: 12,000 – 18,000 Egyptian pounds net per month (part-time), based on experience and portfolio. Transportation allowance
