Company Description KPS – Power Solutions is a leading provider and authorized distributor of Ener Sys industrial battery systems in Egypt. We specialize in high-performance telecom power solutions and renewable energy technologies, delivering reliable and innovative energy systems tailored to critical applications. As part of our continued growth, we are looking to expand our sales team.
Role Description We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Engineer (2–5 years of experience) to join our Cairo-based team. The ideal candidate will combine technical understanding with strong sales capabilities to support business growth and client engagement. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities Engage with clients to understand technical requirements Present suitable power and battery solutions Prepare technical and commercial proposals Provide pre-sales technical support Coordinate with internal technical and supply teams Support achieving sales targets
Qualifications2–5 years of experience in a technical sales or related engineering role Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) Strong understanding of power systems, batteries, UPS, telecom, or renewable energy (preferred) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong customer relationship management abilities Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills Previous experience in the power solutions or renewable energy sector will be considered a strong advantage.
