Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and execute the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar positions
-Identify hiring needs and manpower requirements
-Screen, select, and hire suitable candidates
-Monitor and evaluate the recruitment process and hiring cycle
-Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely hiring

Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of experience in Facilities recruitment is a must
-Proven experience in hiring blue-collar workforce
-Strong communication and interviewing skills
-Ability to handle mass hiring and recruitment cycle efficiently
