YZH Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Specialist with accounting background to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is ideal for someone who can handle HR operations while understanding payroll, financial coordination, and compliance.
Work Details???? Working hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM???? Weekend: Friday & Saturday???? On-site: El Rehab City, New Cairo???? Net Salary: 15,000-20,000 EGP based on experience.
Key Responsibilities Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Egypt. Responsible for HR information systems and databases Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters. Responsible on organizing team building and engagement programs. Ensure the organization complies with labor laws and regulations by conducting audits| Maintaining employee records. Assist in performance management process. Responsible on onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth introduction to the company’s culture and systems. Responsible on off-boarding process. Prepare and maintain accurate records, files and reports, including responsibility for maintaining personnel records in the system. Assist in conducting any HR related reports. Experience in onboarding and offboarding process with the government affairs. Follow up on staff training and development programs.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field5-7 years of experience in HR field Excellent knowledge of various HR functions. Proficiency in MS Office In-depth understanding of Egyptian labor laws and regulations Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Commitment to protecting the interests of employees. Fluency in English and Arabic
