Nassau Street is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment primarily for Investor Relations (IR) roles supporting capital raises, M&A mandates, and debt/equity transactions. This role will focus on identifying and recruiting high-performing, investor-facing professionals through direct sourcing, financial networks, referrals, and market research — not just Linked In. We need someone who understands the profile of IR professionals who can engage investors, manage outreach pipelines, and operate in a transaction-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment for Investor Relations Associates and capital raising roles Build candidate pipelines through finance networks, alumni databases, referrals, direct outreach, job boards, and local market mapping Develop relationships within Egypt’s banking, private equity, brokerage, and capital markets ecosystem Screen candidates for communication strength, investor-facing confidence, financial understanding, and performance orientation Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs based on deal flow and client pipeline Maintain structured tracking of candidate progress, hiring metrics, and retention performance Support onboarding coordination and probation monitoring
Ideal Profile3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in financial services or investment banking Strong understanding of Investor Relations, capital raising, brokerage, or corporate finance roles Experience sourcing candidates outside Linked In using proactive outreach and market research Strong network within Egypt’s financial services ecosystem Fluent English communication skills Organized, disciplined, and comfortable operating in a performance-based environment
