Egy Cham is hiring Sr. Export Specialist for one of our clients in Food and Beverage Manufacturing Industry.
Role Description Manage the full export cycle from order confirmation to final delivery. Prepare and review all required export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bill of lading, and related documents. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and logistics providers to ensure smooth and timely shipments. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and food safety export standards. Follow up on shipment schedules, container bookings, and delivery timelines. Coordinate closely with Sales, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure product readiness and accurate documentation. Handle export-related inquiries from international clients and distributors. Monitor export KPIs such as on-time shipment, documentation accuracy, and freight cost efficiency.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. From3 to 5 years of recruitment experience in export operations and international shipping. Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs procedures, freight documentation, and international trade compliance. Solid understanding of Food & Beverage export requirements, including labeling, certifications, and shelf-life considerations. Experience dealing with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and government authorities. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
