Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a DME Team Leader, located in Giza. The DME Team Leader will supervise daily operations, ensuring the team meets performance targets and delivers excellent service. Responsibilities include planning and monitoring team activities, mentoring team members, coordinating with different departments, and implementing improvements for improved workflow efficiency. Regular reporting and communication with upper management will also be a key focus of this role.
Qualifications Team leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and address team or customer issues. Organizational and planning abilities to manage schedules, delegate tasks, and oversee operations. Experience with workflow improvement and process optimization to enhance team productivity. Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle challenges and implement solutions effectively. Proficiency in using management software tools and familiarity with customer support systems. Previous experience in the BPO or customer service industry is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
